Why is fei long called chicken wing

I think Capcom should add these new special moves Ryu: His side kick in Street Fighter 3 Ken: Shippu Jinrai Kyaku in Street Fighter 3 but not as a super or ultra I also think Capcom should change some of the commands of many current special moves like Fei Long: Chicken Wing should be fdp k instead of qcfu k. Guile: Somersault Kick supers and ultras should be qcf qcf instead of bleh Pretty much, I doubt I'll play it much at all. It would do nothing but confuse me on what character can do what move in the main game.
